Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-10 (three to ten) business days (M-F) and do not include any U.S. holidays and/or announced shop closures. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.

All packages ship either USPS or UPS. An email should be sent once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If your order shows delivered and it is not at its destination, you will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package (USPS or UPS). They will be able to give you more detailed information about where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).

If you were not sent an email, please email hooverink@outlook.com with your full name and order number and a tracking number will be sent to you.

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number) and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email hooverink@outlook.com as soon as possible.  

 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to the U.K. (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and Germany. Transit time is around 2-6 (two to six) weeks, however, ultimately it is dependent on the shipping carrier. If you have any questions about your international package, please send an email to hooverink@outlook.com. Please note that international shipments may not always have tracking numbers once the order has left the U.S., Therefore international customers may need to file claims via their local carriers should a package be lost/damaged in transit. International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes,  and/or fees associated with their country.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges only for incorrectly sized products, provided they are unworn and unwashed. All Exchanges must occur within 14 days. To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service at hooverink@outlook.com, provide order details, and follow the provided instructions. We do not accept returns. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

 

Missing/Lost/Damaged Policy

If your item is damaged, lost in transit, lost by the shipper or incorrect (not what you ordered), we’ll make it right and re-send the item(s). Please email hooverink@outlook.com
