FAQ

1. Do we ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to Germany or the U.K. (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) at this time. Usual international transit time is around 2-8 weeks, however, ultimately it is dependent on the shipping carrier. If you have any questions about your international package, please send an email to hooverink@outlook.com. Please note that international shipments may not always have tracking numbers once the order has left the U.S., Therefore, international customers may need to file claims via their local carriers should a package be lost/damaged in transit. International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes,  and/or fees associated with their country. 

 

 2. Do we offer returns?

At this time, we do not offer returns/exchanges. If you have any questions, please email hooverink@outlook.com. 

 

3. What if I receive a wrong/damaged/missing item?

We’ll do all that we can to make it right! Please email hooverink@outlook.com.

 

4. Can Colleen personalize my books? 

Unfortunately, at this time, Colleen is not personalizing books. We’re needing her to write her new books this year and therefore, she is only signing the books with her signature. 

 

5. Are the books really signed by Colleen?

YES! No stamps or imposter here. Just the young looking and fabulous Colleen.

 

6. Where's my order? 

Please allow 3-10 business days (M-F) for processing. Processing begins once the order is placed and ends when it is fulfilled and dropped off for shipping. Shipping times begin once the package has been accepted at the carrier (USPS/UPS) location. 

 

7. Who's delivering my order? 

We ship all packages either USPS or UPS. You will receive an email once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If for some reason you don't receive an email or a tracking number, please email hooverink@outlook.com.

 

8. What if it shows my order is delivered, but it's not there?

You will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package (USPS or UPS) and they will be able to give you more detailed information where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).

 

9. What if my package gets returned?

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, unable to forward, or a no such number reason and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email hooverink@outlook.com as soon as you can and we'll change the address for you.
